Homemade Syrup Pudding

Homemade pudding is comforting.  It is also very easy to do.  This pudding is made from syrup-store-bought or homemade.  It is baked and not done the stovetop.



1 cup syrup (homemade is better)

1/3 cup sugar

1 1/2 sticks butter

1 1/2 cups self-rising flour

1 tsp. cinnamon

2 eggs


Melt butter and stir in sugar and syrup; beat well.   Add flour, cinnamon, and eggs and beat until light.  Bake at 300 degrees F. in pre-heated oven about 30 minutes or until done.
